Family Christmas Party

With 8 kids in Jake's family and all of them married with children of their own (and then some), space can be problem when it comes time to all get together. For this reason, we rented out the building in Iona where we had Luke's blessing dinner. It worked well before and did so again. I volunteered to decorate tables and get building arrangements made while the rest of the family took care of all the other additional details that go into planning a party such as this. There are currently 47 people in Jake's immediate family. Our gatherings tend to be a little loud, a little crazy, but a lot of fun. I think, the only family members missing this year were Jake's sister Shirley and her family, who live in Arizona.
