A trip to the pond

Jake's parents have a wondeful 1-acre stocked fish pond a the back of their property. It was built a few years and what started as a big gravel pit has become so much more. Every year brings new improvements thanks to Grandpa Farrell's efforts and hard work. There is now a permanent, partially enclosed shelter there which is so handy for family get togethers even when the weather is less than cooperative. We love to come and relax here. We get to enjoy being outside, hanging out with family, and not having to drive too far to do it. It is the best - seriously! I know Luke is going to come to love it just as much as his older cousins do and will have memories of it to last him a lifetime.
